Company Mission
We are building a worldwide sales training, coaching and consulting firm that will bring honesty, honor and high ethical standards back to the sales profession, and make it impossible for the “salesdrips” of the world to close a deal.
We may not eliminate dishonesty from the sales profession in our lifetimes, but we will build the foundation so those who follow us can realize this dream.
Business Structure
If you would like to be part of the Honest Selling movement, first, it’s important you understand what we are not doing:
- We are not using a franchise model, because they are far too personally limiting — sales franchisers make you do it exactly their way, or they kick you out, and entrepreneurial salespeople are far too creative to tolerate that.
- We are not using a multilevel-marketing model, because those work well only when a specific geographic region can support hundreds, perhaps thousands, of entrepreneurs all doing the same thing. (Imagine the roadblocks to success if you had to compete against 50 Honest Selling sales trainers in your city.)
- We are not using a one-company, everyone-is-an-employee model, because that creates an employer/employee relationship that handcuffs entrepreneurs.
So what business model are we using? A hybrid we created specifically to give you the freedom you crave, the guidance you require (hey, we all require guidance), the choices to match your passions, the recurring revenue stream to make you rich, and the ownership you can leverage or bequeath — all within a framework that helps us achieve the company’s goal of bringing honesty back to sales.
It’s a multiple-component model that includes:
- Support: You’ll receive the high-quality support, training and personal assistance you would expect from a great franchise, but you won’t have to write a $50,000+ check to get started.
- Ownership: You will own your own business, so you’ll be able to operate it as you see fit and have something you can actually sell when you retire (or bequeath if you get hit by a truck).
- Established Brand: To receive the benefits of operating under the Honest Selling brand, you’ll sign and abide by a code of ethics founded in honesty, trust, respect and fairness, and stay true to the company’s main mission of bringing honesty back to sales. Other than that, the business is yours to build as you see fit. (This, of course, also gives us the right to pull the brand if you turn out to be a salesdrip.)
- Existing Systems: You’ll have access to the entire Honest Selling training curriculum and course materials, and the Honest Selling coaching system and materials, so you won’t have to create your own training and coaching program from scratch. But if you want to create your own system, that’s cool with us. In fact, if it’s a great system, we might just incorporate it into the start-up package or library, so you can earn some residuals there as well.
- Walking Ambassador And Thought-Partner: You’ll have a personal, Honest Selling walking ambassador and thought partner — a coach, mentor, trainer and advocate — who will help you succeed. (We use a hands-on, personal-service approach, not a “Here’s your manual, now go do it” model.)
- Multiple Income Opportunities: Some great sales tools will be available to you, provided by third parties. Some of these tools have multilevel-marketing structures, so part of your income can be derived from those downlines if you want to pursue that angle. Other tools have affiliate-program sales models that will allow you to make money by selling the tools to clients, or by charging for the services the tools allow you to provide.
- Two-Way Affiliate System: You’ll have access to the Honest Selling affiliate system. This will allow you to receive leads from affiliates or derive income from generating leads for other Honest Selling entrepreneurs.
We all believe the best way for the group to achieve stratospheric success is to help each member of the group achieve personal stratospheric success. So we’ve built an entrepreneurial system that gives you the choices you need and the collaborative environment you want.

Traits Of A Great Honest Selling Sales Consultant-Trainer-Coach

To be successful as an Honest Selling consultant, you should be able to answer “Yes” to most, if not all, of these questions:
- Do you enjoy helping others succeed, even when it doesn’t directly feed your personal bank account?
- Do you look forward to meeting others and getting to know them?
- Do you value honesty and respect in your personal and professional relationships?
- Are you willing to state a strongly held belief to the world even though some people will disagree with you?
